H. Garber

Wallace Garber, 83, passed away Sunday, January 29th, 2023 at home. He was born in Dallas, Texas on December 6th, 1939 to Harrison and Willifred Garber. Wallace attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas where he was a member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity. He married the love of his life, Karla, on June 1. 1963. After many years together, the couple would have celebrated their 60th year of marriage come this June. After his professional career in pharmaceuticals, Wallace loved to spend his retirement on the Fairway Oaks golf course as an avid player, or with his loved ones playing with his grandchildren to whom he leaves a legacy of hard work and love.

He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Barbara Preston. Wallace is survived by his loving wife, Karla Garber; his children, Kristi Morris (Paul Jungmeyer) and Glen Garber (Leigh Ann); four grandchildren, Henry Garber, Kyle Morris, Kelly Morris, Katie Lynn Morris; and one brother, Thomas B. Garber.
