Betty Meyer

Betty Meyer, 81, our sweet mama and grandmother, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday June 4, 2014.

Graveside funeral service will be held Saturday, June 7, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Elmwood Memorial Park. Visitation will be Friday from 6 to 8 P.M. at Elmwood Funeral Home, 5750 U.S. Hwy. 277 South.

Betty was born on October 4, 1932 in Sullivan, Missouri to the late Albert Landing and Gertha Pilkerton. She lived for her children and granddaughter. Betty loved gardening, landscaping and placing others needs before her own.

Betty is survived by her 3 children, Michael Meyer and wife Deborah, Trudy Meyer, Deanne Meyer former spouse, John Meyer granddaughter, Kristy Cantu brother, Jerry Landing and wife Virginia of St. Clair, MO. along with many nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Vega and Hendrick Hospice Care who so lovingly cared for our mother. In honor of Betty memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 3402 N 1st St, Abilene, TX 79603.
