A Time to Serve: Member of Macedonia Baptist Church

A Time to Learn: Attended Abilene Public Schools.

A Time to Work: Billye retired from Firestone

A Time to be Happy: Billye was married to Elizabeth "Lizzie" Morris- Brown for over 20 years.

A Time to be Creative: He loved to sing, sit in his recliner with the remote control fussing at the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and the Dallas Mavericks when they messed up.

A Time to Depart: July 27, 2024, Well done thy good and faithful servant.

A Time to Mourn: Preceded in Death is his parents, brother Donald Earl Brown, and several other relatives.

Precious Memories of the family remains with those who loves him most. Brown (Jarilyn) and Bobby Brown; special brother Thomas Harrell Sr.; father-in- law Gene Morris (Pam); sister-in-law Brenda Bennett; 5 brothers-in-law Anthony Morris (Betty), Samuel Morris (Gwen), Calvin Morris, Tim Morris (Sue), and Michael Morris. A host of nieces and Nephews Teresa Brown-Jackson (Richard), Dameeka Brown, Porshia Reese, Carla Brown, Aimee Mccullar, Carmon Mays, Jessica Brown, Rai-Zion Van Zandt Brown; Carey Brown, Christopher Brown-Burgess, Keith Brown, Andre Gwinn Sr., Tavion Ritche, Aaric Brown, Aarin Brown, Oliver Davis, Dylan Parsee, and Thomas Harrell Jr. Host of other relatives and friends.
