Bill was born on Feb.16,1961 in Abilene, Texas. He served in the United States Army until 1982. Even though Bill did not retire as a military man, he was very proud of his years of service to his country. He lived in Abilene in 1984 where he met and married the love of his life, Citriana (Trina) Sneed, on Jan.6,1984. They went about the business of raising their children and grandchildren and enjoying life together. Bill worked in construction, building State prisons, schools and other red iron buildings throughout Texas under his boss and best friend Mike Wilson for 17 years. After which, he moved into the food industry for the remainder of his working life.
Bill was a true reflection of Jesus Christ to his family and friends and others who crossed his path. He was the spiritual leader of his home under Jesus Christ and was a Soldier of the Salvation Army where he taught kids to play the guitar and co-lead the children with his wife Trina Cook, as well as playing praise and worship music for Christ and the Abilene Corp congregation. We are sure that when Jesus took hold of Bill's hand, he heard what we all long to hear from the Master, "Well done my good and faithful servant."
He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley L. Caronna and father, John A. Caronna along with his grandparents Herman and Mildred Ridgway.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Citriana L. Cook; children, Chris Sneed and wife Sarah of Rowlett, TX, Amanda Sneed of Abilene, TX; five grandchildren, Lista Sneed and Kamahri Sneed of Nolan,TX, Connor and Lily Sneed of Rowlett, TX, Jade Canales of Abilene, TX; one brother, Chris Caronna and family of Kaufman, TX; his beloved in-laws, Jeannie Sneed Ewing and husband Riley Ewing, Terrell Sneed of Elmdale, TX, Brian and Karen Massey and their children; many, many beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Pallbearers will be Son Christopher Sneed, Brother Chris Caronna, Brother-in-love Terrell Sneed, Best Friend Mike Wilson, Grandson Kamahri Sneed and Friend Ferron Mercer.
