Billie David Cooper, 76, of Winters passed away Friday, April 3, 2015 in Abilene.
A Graveside service will be held Monday, April 6 at 10 AM at Elmwood Memorial Park
Billie was born on April 4, 1938 in Abilene to the late Earl Cooper and Vera Cain Cooper. He worked for many years at Abilene Marble Works until he retired. Billie never married but is survived by many friends and family.
