Blanche Martin

Blanche Martin, 69, died peacefully at a local nursing home on Wednesday, October 17, 2012, after a lengthy illness. Blanche was born in San Angelo, Texas, in 1943, to Maria De La Luz and Polo Rodriquez. She married J. B. Galbreath in 1967. Blanche was a homemaker most of her adult life and traveled extensively with her husband J.B. who was in the service. Blanche was dutiful in practicing her Catholic faith all of her life. She leaves behind five loving children: Debbie Rodriquez of Abilene Eddie and wife, Melissa Rodriquez, of Abilene Jesse Rodriguez of Abilene Jeffery and wife, Toni Galbreath of Abilene Joseph and wife, Jennifer Galbreath, of Abilene as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She has two remaining sisters Cecilia Rodriquez and Rose Ture. She is preceded in death by J.B. Galbreath, both parents and her sister, Mary Valadez. The family wishes to thank all of those who cared for her during her illness. While our mother is no longer with us, she is definitely here in spirit. She will always be in our hearts.
