Bobby Remmers

Bobby Lee Remmers passed away on January 27, 2019 in Abilene, Texas. A Celebration of Life will be held 3:00 PM, Thursday, January 31, 2019 in the Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel, 5750 Hwy 277 South.

Bobby was born January 3, 1951. He joined the army and served his country during the Vietnam War. Bobby met and married the love of his life, Becky on October 28, 1981. He enjoyed painting small figurines in his down time and cooking for his family and friends. Bobby was an avid sports fan with his grandchildren being his favorite players. Above all Bobby loved spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Clydia Mae Remmers; and his four siblings.

Bobby is survived by his wife, Becky Remmers; three daughters, Carlee Neble and her husband David, Megan Reuse, and Amy Barrett; nine grandchildren, Rylynn, Maleea, Kylee, Alexander, Evelyn, Mikayla, and Serenity; mother in law, Rudene Jennings; three sisters in law, Debbie Dunson and her husband Andy, Janette Brown and her husband Brent, and Angie Jones and her husband Doug; and several cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
