"Boots" Jarrett, 90, passed away peacefully from this life Monday, February 6, 2017 in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was born in Austin on February 9, 1926 to Robert Young and Thelma Beulah Bassford.

Visitation with friends and family will be at 10 a.m, Sunday, February 12, 2017 at Elmwood Funeral Home, 5750 US Highway 277 S. Graveside funeral service will follow at 11 a.m, Sunday, February 12, 2017 at Elmwood Memorial Park.

Memorial donations may be made in "Boots" memorial to The Cancer Foundation.
