Brenda Lanier

Brenda Gail Lanier, 74, of Abilene, TX passed away Monday, September 26, 2022, in Abilene, TX.

She was born on July 30, 1948, in Paradise, TX, to the late W.I. Oates Jr, and Sammie Williamson Oates. Brenda married Cleve Lanier on August 12, 1966, in Weatherford, TX. Together they built a loving family, business together and enjoyed many adventures together. She was a woman of deep faith, loved teaching bible school, making crafts, and collecting glass figurines. Brenda will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Brenda is survived by her husband of 56 years, Cleve Lanier; sons, David Lanier and wife Amanda, Steve Lanier, and wife Melissa; 2 grandsons, Ian Lanier, and Dustin Lanier; extended family and friends.
