Carlos F. Ramirez

Carlos Federico Ramirez, age 68, of Abilene, Texas, passed away on March 12, 2025. Born on August 14, 1956, Carlos lived a life devoted to his family, faith, and community.

As a proud graduate of Rocksprings High School with furthered education at TSTI in Waco, Texas, Carlos built a successful career in route sales for Gandy's Dairy, and Borden Dairy. He was well-known for his work ethic and friendly demeanor that left a positive impact on those he encountered.

Carlos was a devoted member of the Church of Christ located on North 5th and Grape St. in Abilene where he served as an elder for 15 years, and continued to nurture his deep faith. He was often found working around the house and yard, or cherishing time spent with loved ones.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Irma Ramirez; children, Ann Hall and Emmanuel and wife Monica Ramirez; siblings, Thelma and husband Johnny Rivas, Rene Ramirez, and Elizabeth and husband Ron Smith; mother, Francisca Ramirez; and cherished grandchildren, Teran Hall, Tyler Elizabeth Hall, Trey Hall, Ariana Johnson, Dany, Esteban, and Juan, also numerous nephews and nieces that he loved dearly. His legacy of love and compassion will forever be held in the hearts of all who knew him.

The funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 15 at 11am at North 5th and Grape Church of Christ. Friends and loved ones are invited to gather in remembrance of a remarkable man whose warmth and kindness touched many lives. As those who loved him come together to celebrate his life, let us remember him for his unwavering spirit and deep commitment to his family and faith.

Carlos was preceded in death by his father Federico Ramirez, and his baby brother Mario Ramirez.
