Charles Stuart

Charles C Stuart, Sr., 80, was called to his eternal resting place on December 18, 2021.

He entered this world on January 11, 1941, in Fish Creek, Tx, born to Harrison Stuart and Mary Hickman Stuart.  Charles was honorable discharged and retired from the U.S. Air Force after serving for 20 years.  He also served the community in a variety of roles including realtor, associate pastor and as an active member of New Light Baptist Church.  He enjoyed cooking and helping others.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Theresa Jones Stuart earlier this year.

He is survived by his son, Charles C. Stuart, Jr; daughter, Lisa Stuart Littleton and her husband; Fitzgerald Littleton; two grandchildren; Nathan and Perrin as well as his remaining siblings - Carrie, Marvin, Harold, Jean, Joyce, Myrtle, Albert and Larry; numerous nephews and nieces and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at New Light Baptist Church in Abilene, Tx.
