Charlotta Stevenson

Charlotta Rena Stevenson 42, passed away Monday January 20, 2014 in Mansfield, Texas. Her funeral service will be held Saturday, January 25th at 11:00 AM in the Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel located at 5750 HWY 277 South. Burial will follow at Elmwood Memorial Park. Visitation will be Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM also at Elmwood Funeral Home.

Rena was born on February 8, 1971 to Billy and Jann Stevenson of Abilene, Texas. She graduated from Abilene High in 1989 and attended TSTC in Sweetwater. She had worked for HEB as a pharmacy tech as well as working for RGIS as an inventory specialist. Later on Rena sold Avon for several years. She also enjoyed making jewelry, gift baskets and spending time with family and friends. Although Rena has been sick off and on for years, she never complained, she always had kind word and a beautiful smile for you. She was a member of the Bethel Church of God in Christ.

Survivors include her parents, Billy and Jann Stevenson of Abilene her son, Demetrius Terrell Stevenson of Abilene her sister, Carla StevensonHollie Albert of Desoto one niece, Keana Hollie her grandmother, Julia StevensonTaylor of Abilene and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Sam Stevenson, Loice and Willie B. Maison, and Thomas Suggs.
