Charlotte P. Garza was born on May 26, 1930 in Garcia, Colorado to parents, Eliud and Josephine Pacheco. She was the second to a family of 5 other siblings. Paul Pacheco from Shiprock, New Mexico, Eloy from Nashville, Tenn, Silas from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Irene Pacheco and Anthony from Denver Colorado.
Charlotte was converted to Christianity at the age of 12, and later at the age of 15 she was called into the ministry, being the youngest student ever at the Latin American Bible Institute in Ysleta, Texas. While attending Bible School she met a young man who was also a student by the name of Ruben Garza from Rio Hondo, Texas.
After graduating from Seminary in 1948 where Charlotte was chosen as the School Valedictorian, they became engaged and married on October 30,1949. From there, they moved to Weslaco,Texas where Ruben was pastor of a small Assembly of God church in Weslaco, Texas. After a short tem there, the were elected pastors of Templo Jerusalem in San Benito, Texas, Their ministry began to grow and flourish and so did their family as well. Charlotte and her husband served as Pastors in San Benito, Robstown, San Antonio, Lubbock and in Abilene also.
They both traveled for many years as Evangelists, holding Revivals, Conferences, Seminars and somany other ministries. Charlotte served as Director of Missionettes for the Gulf Latin American District for many years, and for the last 10 years she served as a Missionary in the Rio Grande Valley. Many souls were won for the Kingdom of God through the Programa De Fe Radio Ministry between 1964 and 1978.

Charlotte was called to her eternal rest on April 12, 2018 and is survived by her loving family. Sons Phillip and wife Sarah, Amos and wife Lydia,, Ruben and wife Isabella, Baylin and husband Benjamin Galindo, Daughter in Law Gertrude, nine grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Charlottes youngest son Sam, husband Ruben and her parents Eliud and Josephine Pacheco preceded her in death. Memorial Service will be held on Friday April 20 at 7:00 PM, and Funeral Service on Saturday the 21st at 10:00 AM with both services to be held at New Life Temple, 2465 Old Anson Rd in Abilene, Texas.
