Cody Sylvest

Cody Shawn Sylvest passed away June 16, 2022 in Abilene, TX.

Cody was born to Russel Sylvest and Karen Cave Pilgrim on August 22, 1975 in San Angelo, TX.

From the very beginning Cody was always on the move, ready for the next adventure, never slowed down, and always had a project to work on. He loved being outside, hunting, fishing and he could fix or build anything. He loved spending time with and teaching his son, Talon, how to do anything and everything he could. He worked many years as a salesman at ClearFork Roofing and took great pride in his work. Cody will be remembered as our life of the party and the best Daddo ever.

Cody leaves behind his son, Talon Sylvest, Father Russel Sylvest, Stepfather Randy Pilgrim, brother Shane Sylvest and sister-in-law Tammy, Kimi Hryniszak and brother-in-law husband Michael, nieces Maddison Cauthen, Tenille Sylvest, Elizabeth Hryniszak, and great nieces, Berklee and Oakland Cauthen, Reese Helle.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 10am at the Winery at Willow Creek located at 4353 S Treadaway Blvd, Abilene, TX 79602.
