Cruz Renee “CJ” Loya Jr, 38, of Abilene passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2020, in Abilene.
A funeral service will be held Monday, November 30, 2020, at 2:00 PM at the Fountaingate Fellowship Church, 909 N. Willis Street, Abilene, Texas, 79603. Interment will follow at Elmwood Memorial Park. A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 29, 2020, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Elmwood Funeral Home, 5750 US HWY 277 South, Abilene, Texas 79606.
CJ was born in Abilene, Texas to Cruz Loya Sr. and Adella Amador Loya. He worked in the family business Loya Plumbing for several years. CJ enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He had a passion for cars and would attend and organize car shows. CJ was a member of Fountaingate Fellowship Church.
CJ is survived by his children, Angelina Loya, Yesenia Renea Loya, Cruz Nathan Loya Jr; parents, Cruz and Adella Loya; sister, Alyssa Flores and husband Edward; brother, Joel Rivero; nieces, Isabella Garcia, Abagail Garcia, Aliyah Flores; nephews, Xzavier Garcia and Messiah Flores; grandparents, Delores Amador and Jerry Rangel; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
