Eddie's secret to life was to never give up. He was cherished by many for the different roles he had in their life. He was an oilfield worker, farmer, back road driving instructor for his 3 daughters, brother, uncle, son and the best Pa to his grandchildren and great grandchildren, and last but certainly not least a husband of 55 years. He enjoyed watching old westerns, especially those with John Wayne, crime movies and his daily Young & The Restless. In his passing he leaves a legacy of strength, words of wisdom and all of life's lessons which he unknowingly instilled in his family.
Eddie experienced tremendous loss throughout his life and still had a will to live that brought him through many battles with his own health, that he was never intended to make it through. Our family is honored to have walked this journey of growth, learning and determination with him.
Eddie was preceded in death by his daughter, Cindy Barnes; his parents, Euties Lee Willborn and Janie Veatrice Early Willborn; sister's, Karen Willborn, Ann Reeves, Reba Berger, Jackie Hughes, and Loretta Story; and brother Ronny Willborn
Eddie is survived by his wife, Sandra Davis Willborn; daughter, Lori Allen and husband Robert, daughter Crystal Cooper and husband Chris; sister, Jeannette Beddo and husband James; 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, and nephews that he loved dearly.
