Ethelle Dempwolf

Ethelle Jerry Dempwolf, 90, passed away Tuesday December 2, 2008 in Abilene. Visitation will be Thursday, December 4th at Elmwood Funeral Home, 5750 Hwy 277 South 5:30 till 7:30 PM.. Graveside services will be 12:00 Noon, Friday December 5th at Cleburne Memorial Cemetery, Cleburne, Texas.

Jerry was born October 11, 1918 in El Dorado, Arkansas to J. E. and Sarah Jane Stur
ant. She married J. Dan Dempwolf on August 31, 1975. She spent many years working as a registered nurse and dedicating her life to helping others. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and Beta Sigma Phis Order of Golden Circle.

Jerry is survived by her husband, J. Dan Dempwolf; two sons, James L. Pollan and wife Jody of Gainesville, Ga., and Robert Pollan and wife, Sharon of Abilene; four grandchildren, Trey Pollan of Gainesville, Ga., Wade Pollan of Cummings, Ga., Kelley Jordan and husband, Dr. Matt Jordan of Temple, Tx., and Kaysey Pollan of Lubbock, Tx.; two great-grandsons, Michael and Nicholas Pollan.

In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made to Hendrick Hospice Care, P.O. Box 1922, Abilene, TX 79604 and would like to thank the team at Hendrick Hospice Care for the care and support during this time.
