Evelyn Fensterbush

Evelyn Joy Fensterbush, 83, passed away Monday, November 12, 2012 in Abilene. Her funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 15th in the Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel, 5750 HWY 277 South with interment following in Elmwood Memorial Park. Visitation is from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Joy was born on May 14, 1929 in Carter, Oklahoma the daughter of Clinton and Mabel Maxey. She was a bookkeeper at Rick and Carolyns Burgers Fries from 19952006. She was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan.

Survivors include her children, Nancy Sue Ogletree of Abilene, Rick Daffron and wife Carolyn of Abilene and Michael Dewayne Fensterbush and wife Heidi of Shallowater, Texas her sister, Jean of Oklahoma nine grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and four greatgreat grandchildren.

Her parents, her brother, Sass Maxey and her sister, Jeanette preceded her in death.
