Farrin Cunningham

Farrin D. Cunningham passed away Monday. Visitation will be 6:00PM - 8:00PM Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at Elmwood Funeral Home, 5750 Hwy 277 South. A funeral service will be 2:00 PM Thursday, November 15, 2018 at First Church of the Nazarene, 2849 Beltway South, Abilene Texas. Interment will follow the service in Elmwood Memorial Park.

Farrin was born May 31, 1954 in Wylie, Texas. He married the love of his life Barbara on March 4, 1989 in Abilene Texas. Farrin was a hardworking, caring, compassionate, selfless servant and enjoyed fishing when he had free time. He was a devoted husband, father, PaPa and friend that loved his family and God beyond measure.

He is preceded in death by his father, RC Cunningham; his mother, Bessie Turner; his stepfather, Charles Turner; and mother in law, Linda Wylie.

Farrin is survived by his wife, Barbara Cunningham; two children, Hannah Cunningham and Nathan Cunningham; two grandsons, Aidan Cunningham, and Oliver Cunningham; siblings, Dennis Cunningham and wife Margie, Marilyn Boughton, Alice Goolsby and husband Wynn, Debbie Oehlke and husband Joey, Marshall Cunningham and wife Lisa, Darrel Cunningham, Gary Turner and wife Tina, Larry Turner and wife Lisa, KayAnn Butler and husband Skip, Charlena Parr and husband John, Mic Turner and wife Char, and Michelle Mungon and husband Keith ; father in law, Harry Wylie; sisters in law, Tracy Knowles and husband Philip, Debbie Adkisson, and Danielle Wylie; brother in law, Kenneth Adkisson; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
