Fay was born in Ballinger, Texas on January 15, 1942, to her loving parents Thomas and Lillie Wheless. Fay was a woman of remarkable character; she often displayed a stubbornness; and she was always right about everything. She was a good mother to her children and took great joy in spoiling her grandchildren, making it a point to remember each of their birthdays with love and celebration. Among her many interests, Fay loved the outdoors. She embraced the beauty of nature through her love for camping, fishing, and spending time by the lake. Fay had a passion for music and enjoyed dancing to her favorite country tunes, often joining her partner, Johnny Jones, on the dance floor. One thing her family knew her for was making the best cakes.
She is survived by her sons, Casey Jones and wife Christine Jones; Kenneth Lott and wife Cindy Allen-Lott; and Gary Lott and wife Michelle Lott; her 7 grandchildren; her 7 great grandchildren; and by many nieces, nephews and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father, Thomas Wheless; her mother, Lilly Wheless; her 7 siblings; her ex-husband, Elmer Lott; her husband, John Jones.
She will be deeply missed by all who loved her.
