Floy Esma Camp, 92, died Tuesday, March 30, 2010 in Abilene. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 PM on Friday, April 2nd in the Memorial Lawn Section of Elmwood Memorial Park. Viewing will be from 12 Noon until service time on Friday at Elmwood Funeral Home, 5750 HWY 277 South in Abilene.

Floy was born in Boyd, Wise County, Texas on August 22, 1917 the daughter of Roy Richardson and Bertha Phillips Camp. She spent most of her childhood in Oklahoma and moved to Vernon when she was 12 years old. She has lived in Abilene since the early 1930s where she worked several years as a beautician, and over 30 years for Meads Bakery. She was a Baptist.

Survivors include one sister, Jesse Bremer of Vernon and numerous nieces and nephews.

Three sisters, Ruby Bryant, Audrey Arnold and Juanita Mayberry and two brothers, Bill and Sonny Richardson preceded her in death.
