Francis Henry

Francis Joan Morris Henry, 75, went to see her Lord on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 in Abilene. Her graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 7th at Elmwood Memorial Park. Visitation is from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday at Elmwood Funeral Home, 5750 HWY 277 South.

Joan was born on August 31, 1938 in Haskell, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents Charlie and Lennis Morris and their son Jerry Morris who adopted her into their loving family when she was 6 years old. Joan was proud to be a 1957 Abilene High School graduate. She married the love of her life Kenneth Henry on June 16, 1961 and together they had two children and three grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Kenneth her children, Don Henry Jr., and Tammie Wright and husband John grandchildren, Ben and Allie Wright and Samantha Vasques.
