Jacob Lenamon

Jacob Ryan Lenamon, 19, passed away April 4, 2016 in Abilene. Visitation will be 6:00 till 8:00 PM, Thursday, April 7, 2016 at Elmwood Funeral Home, 5750 Hwy 277 South. Funeral service will be 10:00 AM, Friday, April 8, 2016 at South Point Church, 3050 Buffalo Gap Road. Interment will follow the service in Elmwood Memorial Park.

Jacob was born December 17, 1996 in Abilene. He attended Madison Middle School and Cooper High School and graduated from Premier High School. He loved cars and working on them. He worked at Lawrence Hall and Accent Collision Center doing automotive body repair before beginning as a mechanic at Max's automotive.

He was a black belt in mixed martial arts and had been a long time student at Premier Martial Arts. He enjoyed going to the lake boating and jet skiing. He was very sweet and funny and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Survived by Father and step-mother, John and Ladonna Lenamon; Mother and step-father, Shanna and Shawn Wright; brother, Jaxon Lenamon; step-siblings, Carson Wright, Tabitha McCormick, and Casey McCormick; Fiancé, Desirae Diaz; Grandparents, Zona and Sterling Lentz, Jerry and Melinda Mueller, Wes and Linda Isbell and Larry Shoemaker; great grandmother's, Mary Bassing and Frances Lenamon; aunts and uncles, Sherry and Will Walker, Brannde Estrada, Phil Beasley, Jimmy and Debbie Lenamon, Jeff and Suzanne Lenamon, Justin and Julie Lenamon, and Jason Gardner; and many other cousins and family members.

He was preceded in death by his Grandmother, Pamela Lenamon; and Grandfather's James Lenamon and Ed Neeley; and Great-grandfather Bennie Bassing.
