Jarrett Mantanona

JarrettPaul Mantanona, 8 years old, died Friday, May 13, 2011. His funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 19, 2011 at Beltway Park Baptist Church, 4009 Beltway South with burial following in the Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Abilene.

Jarrett was born on August 10, 2002 in Guam the son of Matthew Paul Mantanona and Michelle Ann Acfalle Mantanona. He was currently in the 2nd grade at Dyess Elementary School. Jarrett was an active part of Cub Scout Pack 252 where he was a Wolf Cub he had worked hard to earn many awards and had recently enjoyed participating in the Pine Wood Derby. Jarrett enjoyed camping, collecting things especially rocks and he loved to build things, always referring to them as his inventions.

Jarrett is survived by his parents of Abilene his brother, Jonathan Patrick Mantanona of Abilene his grandparents, David and Nit Mantanona and George Acfalle and wife Claudia all of Guam Uncles and Aunts, David Mark Mantanona, Jonathan Roy Acfalle, Melani Bahaghighat, Stephanie Acfalle, George Acfalle, Darrell Acfalle, Gina Ortiz and Brandon Hutchinson.

His grandmother, Karen Rottet Acfalle preceded him in death.
