Javiel Martinez

Javiel Hector Martinez, 56, gained his wings December 24, 2020 in Abilene, Texas. A visitation will be held 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Friday, January 8, 2020 at Elmwood Funeral Home, 5750 Hwy 277 South. Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 9, 2020 in the Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow the service in Elmwood Memorial Park.

Javiel was born June 18, 1964 to Eliseo and Audelia Martinez in Abilene, Texas. He attended Abilene ISD and graduated from Abilene High School in 1982. Javiel was a proud employee of Coca Cola for 38 years. He enjoyed golfing and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Eliseo Martinez Jr.

Javiel is survived by his parents, Eliseo and Audelia Martinez; his brother, Daniel Martinez and wife Alice; his sister, Raquel Martinez; and two nephews.
