Jeanne Bouchillon

Jeanne Ford Bouchillon passed away, Thursday, January 24, 2019. A celebration of life will be held at 5:00 PM , Sunday, January 27, 2019 in the Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel, 5750 Hwy 277 South, Abilene, Texas.

Jeanne was born January 6, 1942 to Henry and Meschael Ford in Alice, Texas. Jeanne was a rock collector and loved flowers. She was a very independent woman of strength that raised three daughters as a single mom working in the oil industry. Jeanne showed and gave unconditional love leaving her legacy to carry on through her family that she held very dear to her heart. She was a mentor, and a friend that instilled morals, values and work ethic into her family. She was the super glue that kept her family together. She was very loved and will be dearly missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Meschael Ford.

Jeanne is survived by her three daughters, Jo Beth Thomsen and husband Greg, Judy McCrary and husband Alan, and Kelly Polsue and husband Ben; 10 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; one sibling, Ben Ford and wife Dixie from Queensland, Australia; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
