Jeremy Leech

Jeremy Shea Leech, 42, passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022. A funeral service will be 2:00 PM, Friday, February 11, 2022 in the Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel, 5750 Hwy 277 South. Interment will follow in the Hawley Cemetery.

Jeremy was born November 20, 1979 in Abilene, Texas to Charles Leech Jr. and Brenda Hendon. He attended Hawley High School in Hawley, Texas and graduated in 1998. After high school Jeremy attended Hardin Simmons and graduated with his bachelors in 2003. He later went back to Hardin Simmons and graduated with his Masters in 2019. At the age of 19 Jeremy started his own business, J Shea Jewelers in Abilene, Texas and was very respected in the community. Above all Jeremy loved his family with all his heart.  His presence in our lives will be missed every day.

He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Davis Leech Jr.

He is survived by his wife, Courtney Leech; his two daughters, Mckynzie Gilmore, and Shealeigh Leech; his mother and stepfather, Mike and Brenda Price; his sister, Jennifer Snelson and her husband Robert; his father and mother in law, Gary and Paula Gilmore; his sister in law, Tara Low and her husband Steve; and several nieces, cousins, and friends.
