John Scott

John Anthony "Tony" Scott passed away Thursday December 27, 2018 in Ferris Texas. A memorial service will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 5, 2018 in the Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel.

John was born July 25, 1954 at Kindley Air Force Base Bermuda to John and Delphia Scott. John was a graduate of Cooper High School. He worked in retail in Abilene, Garland, and Houston Texas.

John is preceded in death by his father, John D. Scott.

Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Delphia M. Scott; sisters, Wanda Catchings, Valerie McKinney, Angela Williams (Warren), Tracy Naber (Scott), Paula Brown (Phillip) and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. We love you, but God loves you more!

Ecclesiastes 3:1-2 says, To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: 2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
