Joseph Thomas

Joseph William Thomas, 6 years old, died Wednesday, August 29, 2007 in Abilene. His funeral service with the Reverend Wayne Oglesby officiating will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 1, 2007 at the Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel, 5750 HWY 277 South with burial following in Elmwood Memorial Park.

Joseph was born in Ft. Worth on February 13, 2001 and was a Kindergartener at Wylie Elementary. He loved all things Spiderman and enjoyed watching movies and reading books. He was a sweet and loving child in the eyes of all who knew him.

He is survived by his parents, John and Erin Thomas; his sister, Emma Claire Thomas; his grandparents, Danny Roenna Thomas of Sylvester; great grandparents, Leon Zenita Gardner of Sylvester; aunt and uncle, Laura Joe Mac Petit of Seymour; cousins, Cole Jozie Petit of Seymour, Brook Billings of Huntington Beach, California and Summer Billings of Redondo Beach, California; along with numerous other extended family members.
