Josie Sherman

Josie Lucy Sherman, 72, passed away August 2, 2010 in Merkel, TX.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fanny and Andy Stevens, two sisters, Mertle Kirk and Rosie Hilley, two brother, Earl Hughes and Marvin Stevens, two husbands, Bob Sherman and James Mallard, and two sons, Frank and Johnny Sherman.

Survivors include on brother, Lem Stevens and wife Velma, five sons, and two daughters, James and wife Terra, Lem and wife Kerri, Billy, Judy, Viola and life partner Patricia, all of Abilene, TX. Joe and wife Dianne of Graham, TX. Daughter in law Melody of Merkel, TX and Lloyd. 28 grand children, 32 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, and several beloved friends.
