Larry Goza

Larry Goza, 69, passed away Thursday, September 6, 2012, in Abilene. Visitation for family and friends will be from 6:00 8:00 PM on Monday, September 10, 2012, at Elmwood Funeral Home, 5750 Hwy 277 South. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, September 11, 2012, in the Garden of Reflection, at Elmwood Memorial Park.

Larry was born on September 7, 1942, in Abilene, Texas, to parents Raymond and Marggie Hammack Goza. He later met the love of his life, Connie Williams Goza, and they were married August 16, 1964, in Abilene. He served briefly in the United States Army. He loved to play golf and go swimming. He enjoyed spending time with his family and his beloved dog Boss.

Larry is survived by his wife, Connie his son Jeff Goza his granddaughter, Savannah Goza and one sister, Glenda Thornton, all of Abilene.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents his grandson, Zachary Goza brother, Raymond Goza 2 sisters, Billie Cochran, and Joyce Baird.
