Lois Elaine Gowler, 85, of Abilene, Texas, passed away unexpectedly on March 7, 2020.
Lois was a longtime resident of Abilene. She was a very hard worker and a great provider for her family. She worked as a loan officer and insurance agent for many years. Lois was one of the best people you could ever meet. She was our best friend and will be missed dearly by her family and friends.
She was born April 12, 1934. She is survived by her longtime companion Frank Leal of Abilene, TX, children Dixie Gowler of Owasso, OK, Donald Gowler of Buffalo Gap, TX, Kari Gowler of Abilene, TX, and Paula Norton of Collinsville, OK. Lois was very proud grandmother and great grandmother.
A family and friends visitation will be 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM, Friday, March 13, 2020 at Elmwood Funeral Home, 5750 Hwy 277 South.
