Margaret Gregory

Margaret Buchanan Gregory died on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at Wesley Court in Abilene, Texas. She was born on February 28, 1922, in Albany, Texas, and was raised in Breckenridge, Texas, graduating high school there in 1939.

Margaret attended Daniel Baker College in Brownwood, Texas.
She met her husband, Paul from Brownwood, Texas, while at college,
and they married on June 6, 1942. They lived in Riverside, California,
and Lawrence, Kansas, during most of his Air Force career.
Margaret and Paul retired in Abilene in 1970.

Margaret was active in the Westminster Presbyterian Church. She
loved playing bridge and achieved the Life Master award.

She was preceded in death by her husband and daughter, Margaret
Tranne Pearce. Survivors are son, Paul Gregory, Jr. (Becky) of Collierville,
TN; daughter, Patricia Skahan (Robert) of Salida, CO; sister, Sue Green
(Houston) of Baird TX; brother, John Buchanan (LaDean) of Albuquerque NM;
and grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at Elmwood Memorial Park, 5750 Hwy 277 South.
