Margaret Koepke

Margaret Sue Koepke, 66, of Abilene passed away peacefully at home Monday, June 20, 2022, with her husband Tim by her side. A visitation for family and friends will be Thursday, June 23, 2022, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Elmwood Funeral Home, 5750 Hwy 277 South. Her funeral service will be Friday, June 24, 2022, at 2:00 PM in the Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel with Interment will following at Elmwood Memorial Park.

Sue was born on July 11, 1955, in Pensacola, FL to the late Garland James Horne and Sally Mae Butler. She married Tim Koepke on May 21, 2000, in Buffalo Gap, TX. Sue was always looking for the positive and good in any situation or person. This included her love for her furr babies, Daisy and Grace and all animals. Sue was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Sue is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Timothy; brother, Richard Horne; sisters, Mary Jones, Jody Ziegler and Rebecca Hall; mother-in-law, Denise Koepke; and many extended family and dear friends.
