Minnie Ada Crow, 86, of Abilene passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2021 in Abilene.
A funeral service will be held Monday, October 18, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Brook Hollow Christian Church, 2310 S. Willis, Abilene, TX 79605. Interment will follow at Elmwood Memorial Park. A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 17, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at Elmwood Funeral Home, 5750 US HWY 277 S. Abilene, TX 79606.
Minnie was born on August 17, 1935 in Maryland to the late Frank Ketner and Mildred Miller Ketner. She married the love of her life, Lindell Crow on July 31, 1953. They enjoyed a wonderful life together, enjoyed traveling and were members of the Good Sam Club. Minnie was known to be very caring, loving and had a servant's heart. She was a charter member of Brook Hollow Christian Church and the Christian Women's Fellowship. Minnie was very talented and enjoyed sewing, quilting, and painting.
Minnie is survived by her husband of 68 years, "Corkey" Lindell Crow; children, Brenda Tschaar and husband Mike, Debbie Essinger and husband Jim, Steven Crow and wife Sheree; grandchildren, Matt Tschaar and wife Sarah, Chance Essinger and girlfriend Adrianna Dunk, Tara Douglas and husband Corey, Courtney Chavez and husband Tony, Kelsey Riewe and husband Reed; great grandchildren, Sadie Tschaar, Houston Tschaar, Holter Tschaar, Theo Douglas, Jack Chavez, Isabell Chavez, Kylie Chavez, Jameson Chavez and baby Riewe one on the way; sister, Ruth Burgess and husband Frank.
Minnie was also preceded in death by a grandson, Johnathan Tschaar.
