Osiris James Washington, 43 of Abilene received his angel wings on Saturday, August 7, 2021 in a Dallas hospital surrounded by friends and family.
Funeral Services will be Friday, August 13, 2021 at 3:00 pm at Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel, 5750 Hwy 277 South, Abilene, Texas. Visitation will also be Friday, August 13, 2021 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm before the service with Dennis Chappell Officiating. Burial will follow in the Elmwood Memorial Park.

Osiris was born to Elizabeth Washington and Orlando Burke on November 10, 1977 in San Antonio, Texas. He met Renee' in 2001 and were married in February 2006. They had six children. He was an only child but over the years gained quite a few brothers.
Osiris was a very loving, kind, funny, and hard-working man. He loved spending time with family and friends. Most days when Osiris wasn't working you could find him grilling, fishing, gaming, watching the Dallas Cowboys, or just spending time with his children. Whether it was watching them play ball, having game night, movie night, or making funny videos, he made many special memories with them.
Osiris is survived by his wife, Renee Washington, his sons, Michael Romero, Daniel Romero, Devin Romero, and Alexander "AJ" Washington. His daughters, Alyssa Washington and Kayley Washington. His parents, Orlando Burke and Elizabeth Washington, Numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Osiris Was preceded in death by his grandparents Helen and Hugo Burke, his uncle, Nicholas "Nicky" Burke, his aunt, Yolanda "Puddin" Burke, and his cousin Charleston Burke.
