Prince Ryan Jr.

Prince "Pat" Ryan Jr., 86, of Abilene passed away Sunday, October 28, 2018 in Abilene.

Pat was born on March 24, 1932 in Winona, Kansas to the late Prince A. Ryan Sr. and Marie Huling Ryan. He was retired from the Air Force, Sysco Foods, and Action Career Training. Pat enjoyed many activities including hunting in Alaska, wood working and was especially proud of his yard.

Pat is survived by his wife, Lupe Suarez Ryan; sons, Mike Ryan and wife Gayle of Shepherdsville, Ky., John Ryan of Sarasota, Fl; daughters, Patti Pettit and husband Mike of Austin, Tx., Peggy Gaona and husband Tony of Corpus Christi, Tx., Jennifer Ryan of Abilene, Tx; step-children, Delfino S. Rodriguez of Brownwood, Tx., Mary Jane Cardenas and husband Albert of San Antonio, Tx; grandchildren, Amy and Eric, Jesse, Brinton and Zeke, Tony Jr., Stephen and Danielle, Jaime and Jenna; step-grandchildren, Jason, Eric, Phillip, Samantha, Candace, Priscilla, Kristine, Cecilia and Christoffer; many great grandchildren; one sister, Alice Armstrong of Shepherdsville, Ky; several nieces and nephews.

Pat was also preceded in death by a brother, James A. Ryan of Shepherdsville, Ky.

Pat's final wish was to be cremated and his ashes scattered at his special place.
