Ramona Duncan

Ramona M. Duncan has Gone West. She passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2022, in Abilene at 76.

Ramona was born on March 18, 1946, in Borger, TX to the late Kathleen Pulliam and OA “Slick” Pulliam. She married Jack Duncan on October 22, 1978, in Las Vegas, NV. They were blessed with an adventurous 44 years of marriage. To put it simply, “She was Ramona”, a unique soul who enjoyed fashion, shopping, and loved all animals. She had a daring side to her as well. She obtained her pilot license with her son Chris and Zip lined for the first time at age 72. Ramona was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend and will be dearly missed.

Ramona is survived by her loving husband, Jack; children, Sonya Martinez and husband David, Chris Duncan, and wife Hope; stepdaughter, Jacque Maddox and husband Rick; grandchildren, Chelsea, Meagan, Cody, Ethan, Dylan, Tyler, Wade and Shanelle; great grandchildren, Alexa Rhianna, Nathaniel, Josh, Mason and Abby; extended family and dear friends.

Ramona was also preceded in death by her daughter, LaDonna Duncan.
