Rathel Davis

Rathel K. Davis, 84, passed away September 28, 2016. He was born January 12, 1932 to T.H. & Ida Davis in Paint Rock Texas.

Rathel married Evelyn Lucille Haynes September 16, 1949. They had five children, Donna Rae, Danny, David, Donnie, and Dee Ann.

In younger years Rathel worked as a driller for West Central Drilling. He retired from Merchants Fast Motor Lines after 33 Years.

Rathel is survived by his wife, Evelyn; his children, Danny (Lisa), David (Kathy), and Dee Ann; 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and 1 sister, Zella Willis. He is preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers; 1 sister; his daughter, Donna Rae; Son, Donnie; daughter-in-law, Christy; and granddaughter, Chrislyn.
