Richard Robley

Richard L. Robley, age 78, of Niceville, Florida, passed away on January 20, 2021. Richard was born on August 15, 1942, to parents Roy E. & Mary Robley.

He graduated high school in Massachusetts and entered the Coast Guard and served from 1962-1966. Five days after discharge from the Coast Guard Richard enlisted in the United States Air Force. He retired 30 years later as a Command Chief (1990). After retirement Richard and Jeana moved to Florida where he was employed at Okaloosa Walton Community College for 16 years.

Richard is predeceased by daughter Ginna, father Roy E. Robley, mother Mary Robley. He is survived by his wife Jeana, daughter Cindy, granddaughters Amanda and Bethany. Two brothers Patrick and Terry. Three sisters, Coleen, Bonnie and Therse.

Interment will be held on July 27, 2022, at 10:00 AM at Elmwood Memorial Park, 5750 US HWY 277 S, Abilene, TX.
