Rita Jean Proctor passed away on December 10, 2020 in Abilene. Due to covid-19 there will be no services held.
Rita was born December 23, 1927 to Thomas and Francis Adams in Wayne City, Michigan. She married the love of her life J.E. Proctor on December 17th 1946. The Proctor’s owned a business and enjoyed traveling in their leisure time.
She is preceded in death by her husband; and daughter, Candance Proctor.
