God saw her getting tired, and a cure was not to be
So he put his arms around her and whispered "Come to me"
With tearful eyes he watched her suffer, and saw her slowly fade away
Although he loved her dearly he could not make her stay
Her golden heart stop beating hardworking hands put to rest
God broke our hearts to prove to us he only takes the best.
