Ronnie Westfall

Ronnie Dale Westfall, 75, died Sunday, February 28, 2016. Visitation will be held at Elmwood Funeral Home at 10:00 am- 12:00 pm, Thursday, March 3, 2016. Graveside services will follow at Elmwood Funeral Home at 12:00 pm.

Ronnie was born May 7th, 1940 in Hobbs, New Mexico and moved to Texas at an early age. He graduated from Abilene High School, where he met and married Beverly Westfall. They shared 50 glorious years together. She preceded him in death in 2010. Ronnie spent his early years working for L.B. Price Company and later Household Sales. In his later years he was a self-employed Real Estate broker.

Ronnie had always instilled a strong work ethic to his children and grandchildren. He lived by the motto, "Plan your work, and then work your plan." In his earlier years he was an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors. His wisdom and guidance will surely be missed.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Westfall and his parents Amos and Thelma Westfall.

He is survived by his daughter, Ronda Westfall of Abilene; son, Keith and Deborah Westfall of Abilene; son, Brian and Patti Westfall of Weatherford; grandchildren, Alana and Nathan Westfall, Emily and Elizabeth Westfall, Carlee and Claire Westfall and one great grandson, Brantlee Westfall.
