Sherry Hale-Scott

Sherry Hale-Scott, 66, beloved Wife, Mother and Nana, was called to her eternal resting place on July 26, 2020.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 31, 2020 at 2:30 PM at the Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel. Following the service, the family will have a private interment at Elmwood Memorial Park.

Sherry was born on October 20, 1953 in Baird, TX, to Gerald Callaway and Betty Tidwell. She married Marlin Scott on March 15, 2003 in Abilene. She loved her summer home in Platoro Colorado, watching hallmark movies, playing hand and foot, going to bingo and spending time with her grandkids. Sherry loved dinners out with her husband and the many adventures she took with Misty, Bailee and Bryson

She was also preceded in death by her late husband, Jack Hale; grandparents, Ted Callaway (Belle); mother, Betty Tidwell (Jack).

Sherry is survived by her husband, Marlin Ray Scott; daughter, Misty Bloomingdale; grandchildren, Bailee and Bryson; son, Mike Hale (Becky); parents, Jerry Callaway (Linda); sister, Renee Brown (Terry); half- brother, Brian Callaway (Mandy); sister in-law, Barbara Jones; uncles and aunts, Dan Callaway (Sharon) and Mary Jo Duncan and (Ed); numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and dear friends.
