Shirley Mandrell

Shirley J. Mandrell, 71, passed away on January 31, 2010 in Abilene. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at Broadview Baptist Church, West Campus, 6502 Military Drive in Abilene.

Shirley was born on April 17, 1938 in Sherman, TX to William T. and Esther G. Martin.
She loved dogs and enjoyed spending time taking care of them. She enjoyed playing bingo and collecting dolls. She attended Broadview West Baptist Church in Abilene.

Shirley is survived by her siblings, Billy T. Martin of Dimmitt, TX, Mary L. Peterson of Abilene, TX, Joyce Walker of Amarillo, TX, Leon Martin of Belen, NM, Ruby Gallagher of Hereford, TX, Jane Ryan of Wilson, TX, Ronnie Woods of Highland Haven, TX, and Gerald Jamison of Moore, OK numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry E. Flynn, her husband, Eldon Ray Mandrell, her sister, Betty Donovan, her sister Merlaine Martin and her parents.
