Tammie Rosales

Tammie Jo Mitzel Rosales of Abilene passed away at Hendrick Medical Center on Wednesday, March 6, 2013. Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 8th in the Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel, 5750 HWY 277 South. Visitation is from Noon until service time on Friday.
Tammie was born February 19, 1961 to Richard and Janice Mitzel in Canton, Ohio. She was raised in Florida and Arkansas. Tammie was very passionate about her career as a caregivershe treated everyone she cared for like her own family. Family was her life she was the most inspiring, mother, wife and friend. She will be greatly missed by all the many people whose lives she touched. When not taking care of others, she loved her music and dancing.
Tammie is survived by her parents, Richard and Janice of Hot Springs, Arkansas motherinlaw, Minga Rosales of Abilene husband of 29 years, David Rosales daughters, Samantha Quinonez Bobby of Abilene son, David Paul Rosales of Abilene brother, Troy Mitzel of Abilene sister, Connie Harris Kirk of Hot Springs, Arkansas brothersinlaw, Sony Rosales Barbara, Jessie Rosales FiFi, Avilino Rosales, and Mac Escobedo sistersinlaw, Manuela Escobedo Pete, Terry Garcia Victor, Sonia Portillo Daniel, Rosie Rosales many nieces and nephews and her beloved dog Gato
She was preceded in death by brothersinlaw, Abren Rosales and sisterinlaw, Linda Escobedo.
