Tammy Sanders

Tammy Jo Sanders, 63, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2022, in Abilene, Texas. A visitation will be from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at Elmwood Funeral Home, 5750 Hwy 277 South. The funeral service will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, November 23, 2022, in the Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel.

Tammy was born September 29, 1959, to Clyde and Betty Sanders in Dallas, Texas. She attended Merkel ISD. Tammy enjoyed singing, dancing, and helping people. Above all Tammy loved the Lord and her family. Tammy was very loved and will be dearly missed.
She is preceded in death by her father, Clyde Sanders.

Tammy is survived by her mother, Betty Coleman; her two sons, Ronald Sanders (Roxanne), and Vernon Sanders; grandchildren, Nicholas, Stormi, AJ, Luna, Ronald Jr., Phoenix, Michele, and Timary; her siblings, BJ Smith, Diane Allen, Richard Sanders, Mary Wade, and Christopher Sanders; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
